The community of Parque del Paraiso is situated in a tranquil valley within the urbanization of Sitio de Calahonda, just 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

This residential community comprises of forty townhouses built over thirty years ago. The swimming pool is much larger than the usual for this size of community and is open throughout the year. The community is securely gated and has mature, well maintained gardens comprising flowers, shrubs and trees including over 30 palms that provide colour and variety throughout the year. The gardens are communal, as is the car parking which is off road.

It is located close to all amenities and only a five to thirty minute drive separates it from numerous beaches, golf courses and the ports of Cabopino, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola.
